- Your equipment is cleaned in place and is never removed from the premises or property
- We do not use harsh caustic and corrosive materials. Specialist methods and environmentally safe, non toxic, no fumes, and non caustic products are used to remove burnt on food, all grease stains and burnt on grease and fats.
- Shelving and racks are removed and cleaned separately allowing full access to the oven and all shelves and racks to be thoroughly cleaned and left looking brand new. After cleaning shelves and racks will be put back in place.
- Where possible, knobs and other moveable items will be removed and cleaned of grease and grime before being returned to their original positions.
At 2SquakyClean, we recommend that once your equipment has been thoroughly cleaned you turn it on at a fairly high temperature for at least 15 minutes, this will ensure that any chemical residue, while not harmful will burn off.
